I view the camera as a tool to transform reality, rather than just record it. I use light as my most essential tool to create my art. I enjoy experimenting with natural or artificial light, overexposing, underexposing, and using colored flash or any other light source. I believe in exploring all the possibilities and looking at each shot from every angle to make sure I haven't missed a photo. I find joy in surprising myself and discovering new ways to use light to capture the beauty of the environment.
I use light to capture a fresh perspective, to evoke emotions. I believe that photography has the power to transport us to another state of mind, to inspire us, and to connect (maybe disconnect) us with the world around us.
